Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here 
to help.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the 
product price. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, 
and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@stone-call.com with your order number and the reason for your 
return. We'll respond with return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, 
defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover return shipping and send a 
replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved 
refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please 
note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 
7 days of delivery at support@stone-call.com with a photo, and we'll make it right 
at no cost to you.
